About The Project
The project covers the design and installation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC with chillers, boilers, and cooling towers; MV and LV power distribution with backup; lighting, UPS, and control systems; and extra-low voltage systems such as security, CCTV, access control, data, AV, and fire detection. Plumbing, drainage, utility connections, and the BMS are fully integrated, complying with local regulations and including coordination with subcontractors, earthing, lightning protection, and wiring for façade lighting and navigation.
